We met briefly at church through mutual friends in September 2017, but it wasn't until we were both volunteering at the Together for the Gospel conference in Louisville, KY in April 2018 that we spent any time together. We bonded during our time working in the bookstore and just a month later, Titus asked me on our first date on May 13, 2018.

Titus took me for a walk to the Bartholdi Fountain, behind the US Botanic Gardens and asked me to marry him! After saying yes, he surprised me with a celebration with our DC friends!
