Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is in Wooster Ohio. We have a hotel block reserved at the hampton inn for the night of the wedding. the information is located under the travel tab. You will be responsible for booking the hotel and need to have it booked by July 15th. Tell them its under the bulgrin/carr wedding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th either by mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation or by responding online under the RSVP tab. If you have any trouble reach out to Em or Tim for help!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 15th 2026 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPS.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find you can not make it, please notify Emily or Tim as soon as you are aware.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM, so we recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Each invitation includes the number of guests reserved for you. If your invitation allows a guest, you are welcome to bring a plus one. Please include their full name when submitting your RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is semi-formal. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button-down shirts, and slacks are great choices. Jackets are optional. Please avoid wearing white dresses and denim.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos/ videos as you'd like!

Will the wedding take place outdoors or indoors?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be in an indoor area located on the same grounds as the ceremony.

How can I contribute to your new home fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! however, should you wish to contribute to our new home fund, a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an open bar. We will have a selection of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. There will also be non alcoholic options as well.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes. there is a private parking lot available at the venue.
