You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Regretfully Declines” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find you cannot make it, Please notify Tom or Emily as soon as you are aware.
Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those Guests formally invited on your wedding invite. Your RSVP will be made available to you and your Guest if a plus one has been given to you. If you made us aware of a plus one and one was not given or a mistake was made please notify Emily or Tom right away so we can properly add your plus one. Wedding brain might have caused us to overlook something.
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to make this a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements to celebrate with us!
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans, or wearing white.
Arrivals begin at 3:00pm, ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. Due to venue set up, if you arrive after 4:00pm you may not be able to be seated until the ceremony has concluded. We advise getting to the venue early to have plenty of time.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, so we ask that no phones or cameras are out during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present when we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise you to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors as weather permits. Cocktail hour will be outside with covered options. Reception will take place indoors.
Yes, we are having an open bar. Please note all drunken shenanigans will be captured forever.
Our venue is in Apopka, Florida. We have decided to not do a hotel block to give our Guests the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them. There is a Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn about 15 minutes away from the venue. Orlando is about 45-50 minutes away from the venue if you decide to stay in an area closer to activities.
Ample parking is available on site at the venue!

We are so happy you had a great time at the wedding, but please do not attempt to drive home if you partied a little too hard. The venue allows your car to remain over night. They ask that you pick up your car between 9am-4pm the next day. You can call them at this number +1 (407) 886-1077 to let you in the gate to pick up your car.
