I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

With Emily and her Gluten Free/Dairy Free lifestyle, our food will absolutely accommodate! We will also have vegan options available. Please feel free to let us us know of any other allergies we should be aware of!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from both hotels listen in the "Travel and Accommodations" section of the website. The shuttles will begin service at 3:30pm and run until 12:15am. Uber is also an option.

Are there any other organized activities happening over the course of the weekend?

Answer

You betcha! Thomas and his dad are planning a golf tournament for anyone who wants to participate on friday- reach out to baileymatts@gmail.com if you'd like to play! While this occurs, Emily has planned to guide any takers on a fantastic hike up Camel's hump, her favorite mountain, More details to come on timing.

Are kids invited?

Please refer to your RSVP or contact one of us. If you have questions about child care if you are looking to leave them home, let us know and we've got suggestions for you!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes (limited spots). We highly recommend taking the shuttle service from the hotels. If you do need to drive, we will have a few people managing parking at neighbors and along the dirt road leading up to our driveway! For those who would like a ride up our driveway (it's about .2 miles of gravel and a bit steep), we will be accommodating this as well!
