Shuttle to Venue

Transportation to the ceremony will be in Vail Village at the Vail Transportation Center. No parking is available at the venue, so please be sure to not miss the shuttle!
Wedding Ceremony

This event is formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
It is an approximately 3-minute walk from the drop-off point to the wedding island. There will be transportation available for those needing assistance from the drop-off point to the wedding island. This is an outdoor ceremony and we will be on grass!
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. This will be held just outside the Clubhouse and is a short walking distance (approximately 5 minutes) from the Ceremony; however, there will be transport provided from the Ceremony to the Clubhouse for Cocktail Hour.
