The dress code for our wedding is black-tie preferred. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit and tie, and women wear a floor-length formal dress. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, an indoor location will be used.
Please arrive by 4:15pm for a prompt 4:30pm start time.
While we would love to celebrate with the little ones that we love so much, we have decided to keep our welcome party, ceremony, and reception adults only events.
Due to limited space and a high guest count, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. *Please Note - If you are given a plus one, it will not be denoted on your Save the Date, only on your wedding invitation.
Yes, there is a parking lot directly outside of The Gideon Putnam for guests.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, so we kindly ask that all guests put away and turn off or silence their phones for the entire duration of the ceremony. Specifically, please do NOT take any photos with phones, cameras, etc. during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos/videos during the cocktail hour and/or reception. We have an incredibly talented team of photographers and videographers, and we don't want a phone or camera blocking any of the view for our amazing team. We will be sure to share the professional photos with you after the wedding!
If you wish to stay at another location rather than the hotels blocked, there are additional hotels, Airbnbs, and Vrbos in the area.
