Third Street entrance 3:30 pm – bus departs Hilton promptly at 3:30 for JW Marriott and The Westin 3:35 pm – bus arrives at JW Marriott and Westin hotels Guests in both hotels use exits onto S. College Street. Look for a motor coach bus with a sign “SHANNON/LACO WEDDING” parked on S. College between the two hotels. 3:55 pm – bus departs promptly at 3:55 for the VanLandingham Estate RETURN TO HOTELS There will be two departure times for return to all 3 hotels, each trip 1st Departure Board at leisure when bus arrives; 9:05 departure 2nd Departure Board at leisure when bus arrives; 10:15 departure ADDRESSES FOR GUESTS DRIVING THEMSELVES OR TAKING UBER/LYFT HILTON CHARLOTTE UPTOWN 222 E. Cars parked at Holy Trinity must be moved by 8:00 am Sunday.
Flight
The CLT airport is 15-20 minutes from central Charlotte. Uber, Lyft and taxis all operate from the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. We often find that taxis require the shortest wait and cost about the same as an Uber. Taxis are located to the far LEFT of the concourse after you exit Baggage Claim.
