The Union Bluff Hotel complex contains three separate properties: a hotel, motel, and suites. The suites are located directly above the reception hall and are ideal for those planning to take the party late into the evening. The hotel and motel options are both located directly adjacent to the reception hall and have several room sizes available. We have a select number of rooms blocked off for our wedding, which will remain available until three months prior to the event. Should you wish to book at any of the Union Bluff properties, please call the front desk and mention the Donovan/O’Brien wedding to be included in our block. Stones Throw is a recently remodeled boutique hotel located directly across from Long Sands Beach. Also located above a bar/restaurant, Stones Throw is an approximately 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to our wedding venue.

The Inn on the Blues is located steps from our venue and the beach. Guests interested in staying at the Inn on the Blues should note that the rooms are located directly above a busy restaurant/bar that plays live music nightly until midnight.

One of the largest hotels in the York Beach area, the Anchorage Inn offers a wide variety of accommodations for groups of all sizes. Located across from Long Sands Beach, it is a 30 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to our venue.

The York Harbor Inn is ideal for individuals looking for a more quiet, quaint stay. It is about a 10 minute drive to the venue, however, it is not within walking distance, so please keep that in mind should you choose this option!

Travel Note
The greater York Beach area has numerous rental properties for small and large groups alike. We encourage anyone interested in an AirBnb type rental to book early, as these properties are typically filled quickly during the summer months. Please keep in mind that Ubers in the area are extremely limited, so consider walkability and/or driving options with any booking.
