FAQs

If you have other questions than what we have listed here, please contact Melissa Hodge, 423-647-3235 via phone call or text message.
Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Our venue does not require masks, we would love for our wedding experience and photos to be as close to normal as possible. With that being said, we will be live streaming our wedding ceremony on zoom (zoom link provided in invitation) for those who are not comfortable attending the wedding in December without a face covering. Thank you for respecting our decision and we would love if you can join us either in person or on zoom.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 15, 2021. Due to COVID it is imperative for our guests to respond, we do have a seating chart for the reception and if no RSVP is sent in, you will likely not have a seat. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we would love to to invite all our family and friends' children, we can only accommodate the family children who are included in the wedding party. We hope that you will understand this decision and still be able to join us on our special day!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In your wedding invitation it should specify, we do want our guests who are not married/partnered to know that they can bring a guest/plus one! If you are still unsure and would like further clarification or would like to ask, please contact Melissa at 423-647-3235 and we will get back with you as soon as we can!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5 PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early.

Question

Answer
