Is there parking available at/near your venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue.

Question

Will there be transportation to/from the cabins?

Answer

Everything on the venue is within walking distance, however a golf cart is available to those who are unable to walk from the cabins to the ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is to have the wedding outdoors; however, an indoor space is available if the weather decides it does not want to cooperate.

Where should out of town guests stay?

Answer

The wedding takes place at a camp and retreat center which has been reserved from the 23rd through the 25th of May, 2025. For $100 per person, 45 guests may reserve a spot in a cabin to stay for 3 days and 2 nights and will receive two free meals. If this is what you wish to do, please text Emily at (208) 724-9271 for payment details Guests also may arrange their own accommodations if preferred. We recommend guests to stay in McCall, Idaho so to be nearby the wedding venue.

What should guests wear?

Answer

We encourage guests to come in dressy casual attire, however we are not enforcing a strict dress code.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Catering will provide Beef Brisket and Chicken, BBQ Sauce, Baked Beans, Green Salad, and Cornbread.

Where should guests send gifts?

Answer

Your presence during the most exciting day of our life is gift enough! If you'd still like to bless us with a gift, you may send all packages to 534 Woodbury Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43223. A card box will be at our reception.

What time should guests arrive at your venue?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive at 1:30 p.m. for a 2 p.m. ceremony

Are guests allowed to take pictures at your wedding?

Answer

While pictures during the reception are encouraged, we ask that guests keep their phones down during the ceremony in order to be fully present and allow our professional photographer to work his magic.

Question

Are guests allowed to share pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

You are welcome to share any pictures of adults on social media, however sharing pictures of children is NOT allowed without explicit permission from a parent or guardian. Please take this rule seriously. If you are a parent who would like your child to remain off of social media, brightly colored lanyards will be available to indicate which children's pictures are not allowed to be posted on the internet.
