When should I RSVP by?

Question

Do I need to be vaccinated or have a COVID test to attend?

Answer

I have received an update from the venue, since NYS has hit the 70% vaccination rate, proof of vaccination and proof of a negative COVID test no longer apply. Unvaccinated guests are still required to wear a mask and social distance

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm, however the winery/cafe is open to the public during the day. They ask that guests not arrive much longer before 5:30. Try to plan for an arrival time between 5:00-5:15pm to allow time for parking (if needed) and to find yourself a seat!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We unfortunately do not have a wedding block set up with any hotels in Watkins Glen or Geneva, but there are plenty of options to choose from. There are also many small Bed and Breakfast/Inn's in the surrounding area. Please check our travel page for recommendations of places to stay.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate any special dietary needs you may have on your paper RSVP that was mailed out with the invitations. We want to make sure we accommodate everyone's needs!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus for any guests that have booked a cabin at Single Island Shores. The shuttle will be available before the wedding to bring guests from the cabins to the venue, and again later in the evening/night to bring guests back to the cabins for the evening.
