FAQs

Question

I've never been to a gay wedding before, how are they different?

Answer

The only difference you can expect is that everyone in attendance at our wedding is full of radical love and support for same-sex marriage. If you are not able to fully support our love, we fully support your choice to not attend.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP no later than July 10, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or plus-ones unless specifically invited.

Question

Can we bring children?

Answer

Unless specifically invited by the brides, children will not be able to attend. Our venue is located on top of a mountain, with steep drop-offs surrounding the primary ceremony and reception area. Because of this, a limited number of children under the age of 16 are permitted by the venue to allow adequate adult supervision. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

When should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00, and guests should arrive by 4:30.

Question

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

The Magnolia is privately located at the top of a mountain. All guests are transported by professional shuttle from a guest parking lot and from pre-approved lodging within the shuttle routes. Please check the 'travel' section of our website for lodging options with pre-approved shuttle routes.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please dress warmly!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony will have a semi-formal feel, and we encourage guests to dress comfortably and appropriately for fall weather in the mountains.
