Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit, please avoid the color navy blue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Hiland Park Country Club at 3:00pm. You will be greeted and directed to the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only. The only children at the wedding will be those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones will be by invitation only and we ask guests who do not receive a plus one to not bring one. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please look for the Hotel Block tab on this website. You will find hotel information there. We have a hotel block reserved at The Queensbury Hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have transportation arranged before the ceremony from the hotel to the venue and then after the reception from the venue to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the venue will run at: 2:30 pm 3:00 pm The shuttle from the venue to the hotel will run at: 8:30 pm 9:00 pm 9:30 pm

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction please reach out to the bride or groom. The venue is very accommodating towards allergies and restrictions for the dinner that will be served.

Question

Do I need to select a dinner option?

Answer

You will not need to select a dinner option. We will be serving a plated dinner with both chicken and beef for each guest.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure you try our signature drinks!
