FAQs
City guidelines include but are not limited to the following restrictions:
- All participants and/or attendees must provide evidence to designated
staff of:
1. Having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that
has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the
U.S. Food and Drug Administration or,
2. Evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than
72 hours prior to entering the indoor establishment.
- Acceptable evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination includes:
1. LA Wallet App’s Smart Health Card,
2. An original, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC
Vaccination Card (both sides)
3. An official vaccine record issued by another state, a foreign
nation, or the World Health Organization.
- All individuals attending an indoor gathering are required to wear a
face covering over the nose and mouth.
- Masks are not required when actively eating or drinking.
- Individuals must be able to maintain a six foot distance between each
other.
