The Church Brew Works
Nestled in the historic neighborhood of Lawrenceville, The Church Brew Works opened in 1996 as the first and only Brew Pub in the country to be located in a historic church and has grown to be awarded the title of the Best Large Brewpub in America at the prestigious Great American Beer Festival. The former St. John the Baptist Church was converted into an award winning restaurant and microbrewery.

The Duquesne Incline
Take a step back in time on a century-old cable car and see the best views of downtown Pittsburgh while riding one of the few remaining inclines in the country.
Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens
Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, a great steel and glass Victorian greenhouse, has been inviting visitors to explore the beauty and mysteries of plants since 1893. Set amidst one of Pittsburgh's largest greenspaces, Schenley Park, Phipps Conservatory stands as a cultural and architectural centerpiece of the city's Oakland neighborhood.
The National Aviary
The National Aviary, located very close to the wedding venue, is the only independent indoor nonprofit aviary in the United States. It is home to more than 500 birds representing more than 150 species!
Randyland
This outdoor art studio, if you can call it that, is quite possibly the most colorful spot in all of Pittsburgh– and that is only the first impression from looking at it on the outside. Once you enter, a world of incredible art and whimsy is yours to explore. Close to the Mattress Factory, too!
Strip District
The Strip is home to a large assortment of international grocery stores and retailers, boutique shops, independent merchants, and several of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh. A fun place to shop around and eat a delicious Primanti's sandwhich. A must do on a Saturday morning!
PNC Park
Watch a Pirates game at the beautiful PNC Park! The views of downtown Pittsburgh are worth it. Plus, there will be fireworks and you can walk from downtown.

Pamela's Diner is a prominent chain of diners in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Its specialties are crêpe-style pancakes, omelets and Lyonnaise potatoes. It is "treasured" and is considered to be in the "pantheon of pancake purveyors". Obama's even eaten there!
