Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

While we love our friends' and families' little ones, we are trying to limit the number of children at the ceremony and reception to immediate family. If you are traveling with your children, we encourage you to use care.com to find a sitter for the evening. We hope the convenience of having the hotel rooms right upstairs from the wedding will give parents peace of mind if they would like to check up on their kids and sitters and still enjoy the night!

Will the wedding be inside?

Answer

Yes, all events are inside. Guests will need to walk outside to get from the hotel to Silverbell Pavilion for the ceremony. You may want to bring an umbrella just in case.

Where do I book my room?

We have blocked off rooms at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. Use this link to book: https://book.passkey.com/e/50704608 If you are unable to book in our room block, please call the hotel to speak with the Reservations Department and they will do their best to accommodate. You can book a room in our block up until February 28th.

Do I need transportation?

Answer

All events will be taking place within the Emory Conference Center Hotel. This includes the rehearsal, rehearsal afterparty, reception, ceremony, wedding afterparty, hotel rooms, and breakfast the next morning.

Will there be breakfast or brunch the next morning?

Answer

Breakfast for Sunday morning is included in the room reservations. It will be buffet style from 7-11 AM. We hope to see everyone there and talk to everyone before the weekend is over! Kids are welcome at the breakfast.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking garage for guests at the Emory Hotel and it is complimentary for the night of the wedding. Please allow yourself extra time to park and make your way to the hotel lobby and follow signs for Silverbell!
