Cocktail attire. We’re envisioning an elevated and moody evening look. Women – Midi or floor-length dresses in rich tones. Men – Suits or blazers with dress pants. Ties recommended.
We recommend arriving about 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to get settled before everything starts.
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.
Arizona winters are beautiful, but desert evenings cool down quickly after sunset. We recommend bringing a coat or wrap for later in the evening.
Yes – heaters will be provided during the reception.
We have an indoor backup space available if needed. Either way, the celebration goes on.
Due to venue and capacity limitations, plus ones are by invitation only. If a guest was included in your invitation, they will appear on your RSVP. We kindly ask that guests do not bring anyone not listed on their invitation. Thank you for understanding.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will primarily be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few close family members. If your children are included, they will be specifically listed on your RSVP.
Yes – overnight parking is allowed at the venue, and vehicles can be picked up the following day. If you don’t think you’ll be able to return the next morning, we recommend using the street parking located in front of the venue instead. Please note: although signage at the venue states “no overnight parking,” we have confirmed directly with the venue that overnight parking will be permitted for our wedding.
Yes, of course. Come ready to celebrate.
Please RSVP as soon as possible to help us finalize details with our venue and vendors. The RSVP deadline is December 15, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately need to mark you as unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding.
