Wedding Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal attire is requested. Cocktail or floor-length dresses and suits are welcomed.
Please arrive early by 5:15 p.m. to be seated so that the ceremony can begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside at the Grassy Knoll behind the hotel, and, in the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the hotel in the Grand Oaks Pavilion. We anticipate the ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes. There is complimentary valet service for wedding guests as well as ample free parking in the hotel parking lot.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony in the area directly next to the ceremony site. In the case of inclement weather, cocktail hour will be held inside the hotel in the Grand Oaks Pavilion. Please enjoy live violin music, an open bar, and passed hors d'oeuvres.
