When’s my last day to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 28th, 2024.

What happens if I don’t RSVP? Can I still attend?

Answer

If you do not RSVP and still decide to join us, please keep in mind that you will not have a seat or a plate. Plan accordingly or bring your own chair and dinner.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We will be having a child-free wedding. Teens over 16 years are welcome if they wish to accompany you. Please plan accordingly if you will be attending.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You are welcome to bring a date if you have received a “Plus One.”

How do I let you know if I have a Plus One?

Answer

Please let Santana or Emily know and we will add them if needed. Provide us with your date’s first and last name.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, they are listed under “Travel.” Please note that there are other options outside of our recommendations depending on the location you wish to stay in.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Ceremony will be taking place at the chapel located on site. Ceremony will start at 4pm and is expected to end by 5pm. We will be having Cocktail hour from 5pm to 6pm. You’re welcome to find your assigned seat within that time. Dinner will start at 6pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Wedding will mostly be indoors but there will be the opportunity to sit outdoors if the weather allows.

What’s should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is “Formal.” Please avoid denim, hats, or Country attire. Please avoid wearing similar colors to the wedding party (maroon, wine/berry, dusty pink/ blush, forest green, gold). If you need visual inspiration, there are some examples in “Gallery” you can refer to.

When do I need to be there?

Answer

Ceremony will go from 4pm to 5pm, Cocktail Hour will go from 5pm to 6pm, Dinner will start at 6pm. Please plan accordingly.

Is food going to be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have Carved Roast Beef, Chicken in Mushroom Sauce, New Orleans Style Green Beans, and Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform the wedding party as soon as possible if you have any severe food allergies to be kept in mind!

What are my food options?

Answer

We will be offering Chicken in Mushroom Cream Sauce, New Orleans Style Green Beans, and Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes. We hope you enjoy it as much as we liked it during tasting!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes; however, we will be having a Cash Bar. We ask that if you plan on drinking to have a designated driver or plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Please make transportation arrangements if you will be attending.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s a parking lot at walking distance, Disabled parking is located in front of the property, and if needed there is a park with available parking in front of the property.

Do you have a Registry?

Answer

Yes, you can find it in the website under “Registry.”

Do I have to get you something from the Registry?

Answer

This is completely up to you. We will accept whatever you wish to gift ❤️
