FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 2, 2026. Since all of our guests will be traveling to Flagstaff, we truly appreciate you letting us know as early as possible so everyone can plan ahead.

Question

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

Flagstaff is a popular summer destination, so we recommend booking accommodations early. Hotel suggestions and information can be found on our Travel page.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We invite guests to dress up a bit—cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, or dressy separates are all great options. No formal wear required. Please keep in mind that Flagstaff evenings can be cool, so layers are encouraged.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot available at the venue that can accommodate a good number of cars. That said, we encourage guests to Uber, use ride share services, or carpool when possible to help keep things easy for everyone. Plus, no one has to worry about navigating after celebrating 😉

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be wood-fired pizza with a variety of topping options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
