This home is over a hundred years old, with hardwood floors, tons of books and games to enjoy, and piano (because no home is complete without a piano 😊). Downtown East Jordan is just a quick walk away. It’s only a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain or to downtown Boyne City, where there are lots of great restaurants and nightlife. The space This home has four bedrooms upstairs, plus a den downstairs with a small futon and a small pull out couch for additional sleeping space. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a large bathroom with a tub/shower on the second floor. There is also a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a laundry room. The home has a large area in the front for parking multiple vehicles. The backyard is large and fenced in, with a charcoal grill and seating for dining outside. There is also a covered deck and a fire pit with chairs.
