FAQs

If you have any questions not answered here, please ask Ryan! (Bothering the bride with small details will get us both in trouble)
Question

How do I get to and from the wedding?

Answer

To get to the wedding, we recommend either Uber or driving yourself. It is about 25 minutes from the hotel block. To get home from the reception, we have a bus that will pick up at 11:00pm (for the lame people who want to leave early) and 12:30am (for our true friends). The bus will stop by both hotels in the hotel block. You are welcome to leave your cars overnight at the venue. If you are not in the hotel block, you are welcome to take the bus back to one of the hotels and Uber from there!

Question

Wait you guys are getting married? Aren't you already married?

Answer

Third time is the charm! Although we have already (officially) tied the knot, we never had the opportunity to celebrate with our family and friends (until now!). We hope you can join us for a fun-filled night (or if nothing else, a free dinner).

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

While Ryan doesn't care what you wear, Emily would appreciate if you wore "I wish there was something in between semi-formal and black tie".

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by pressing the "RSVP" link at the top of the page. Please RSVP by March 18st!

Question

Can I bring someone not listed on the RSVP link?

Answer

Unfortunately our guest list is limited, so we only have reserved seats for those listed. If you think we forgot someone, please reach out to us and we will work it out! Note that the RSVP link is organized by "family". If you search out your name, you should find others invited as part of your party.

Question

Can I bring my kids? Can I bring a date?

Answer

For kids: Due to limited seating, we are asking that you do not bring your kids unless they are specifically listed on your RSVP link (aka immediate family). Our seating space is limited, but if you think we forgot someone please reach out to us and we will work it out! However, your Tinder match that you want to bring on a second date probably won't make the cut. If this is the difference between you attending and not attending, please talk to us first!

Question

Do we have to travel from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception will be in the same location. The only requirement is to enjoy the open bar and appetizers in between the ceremony and reception.

Question

Can I take home the centerpieces?

Answer

"Over my dead body will someone take home the centerpieces" - Emily

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Travel" section on our website to find the link to book at one of our two hotel blocks.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask you to refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and be present in the moment with us. We promise to share our professional photos after! During the reception, please take as many photos as you'd like! We are not above public shaming if you pull out your phone during the ceremony!

Question

What is the parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking around the venue.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Our registry can be viewed under the "registry" tab on our website.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Despite Ryan's best wishes. Emily hopes you love the Black Eyed Peas.

Question

What will the weather be like? Is the venue outdoors?

Answer

With any luck, mid 70s. Please join us in praying for good weather. The ceremony and reception are both outdoors (reception is covered).
