Please RSVP by May 25th, 2026. We totally understand life gets busy! However, if we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we’ll have to mark you as “not attending” so we can stay on schedule with our vendors.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 6:30pm. This will ensure that you have ample time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
We have a room block with Courtyard Somerset. Please book your room under the Heffernan-Zamot room block. The deadline to book your room is June 26, 2006.
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, we are only able to accommodate children in our immediate families. We hope you can join us for a relaxing, adult-focused celebration!
To help us stay within our venue’s capacity, we kindly ask that only those guests listed on the invitation attend. If you received a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation.
Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. We’d love for guests to dress up and celebrate with us in style! For men: A tuxedo is welcomed, but a dark suit and tie are perfectly appropriate. For women: A formal gown, cocktail dress, or elegant jumpsuit is great.
The wedding party will be wearing a sky blue and navy colored suits. We'd love for guest to choose other colors to help everyone stand out!
We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during our ceremony. We want this moment to be truly special and distraction-free—not only for us, but for everyone witnessing it. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like during cocktail hour, the reception, and on the dance floor! We can’t wait to see and share the memories you capture, make sure to tag us in any post.
