Please arrive by 3:45 PM as the ceremony. There will be a shuttle running from Bolton Valley Resort to The Ponds starting at 3:15 PM.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?
Answer
Please join us in your best garden party attire with a touch of elegance. Think lightweight suits and dressy summer dresses. While it is a formal occasion, black tie is not required. We recommend breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes suitable for grass and warm weather!

How do I get to and from the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There is parking at Bolton Valley Resort and at the Timberline Lodge. There will be a shuttle running from Bolton Valley Resort to The Ponds starting at 3:15 pm and running until the reception ends. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Ponds at Bolton Valley. The reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

The Ponds at Bolton Valley is on Bolton Valley Access Road across the street from the Timberline Lodge.

Will there be a welcome party?
Answer
Yes! We will be gathering at the James Moore Tavern at the Bolton Valley resort. The welcome party will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday August 1st. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
