Are there reserved hotel blocks?

Answer

With many of our out of town guests familiar with Memphis, we don't have a reserved block of rooms. If looking for recommendations, please let us know!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail my RSVP back or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 9th and we'd prefer you to mail it back, we love receiving mail!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Festive attire! What does that mean? Cocktail attire with a creative flair. Have fun with color, pattern, fun accessories and shoes! October in Memphis can be hot or cold so take note of the weather as the celebration will be outside and wear shoes you feel comfortable wearing on grass.

Can I bring a date? Are my children invited?

Answer

Yes, your children are invited and if you have "and guest" on your invitation, we'd love for you to bring a date. Please make note of the total number of guests on your RSVP return mailer, so we can accurately account for our catering headcount.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be outdoors, the ceremony will be uncovered, with the reception partly covered and partly uncovered. In the event of rain, we will move the reception indoors at the Lichterman Events Room.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party & family will be taking photos nearby. We'll have passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks during this time, in the Pavillion.

Can I walk the trails at lichterman?

Answer

The Lichterman’s over 3 miles of paved & unpaved trails are open until dusk, feel free to take a stroll!

What’s the dinner situation?

Answer

We’ll have three plated buffet stations, plus passed hor d’oeuvres immediately after the ceremony. All stations will offer a protein, either pork or fish.
