Travel and Parking

Harvard Square is a wonderful place to visit, but parking can be a bit of a challenge! We suggest building extra time into your travel plans. There are 2-hour metered parking spots for $1.50-$2.00 per hour on many of the side streets surrounding the church. Payment for these spots can be made through an app called Passport. Our Nuptial Mass will not last much longer than one hour, so these spots would leave you with enough time; however, be warned that the area is notorious for giving out tickets as soon as the meter expires. We would suggest that you budget 30 minutes for finding a spot and walking to the church just in case. Here are a few other ideas to make parking less stressful.

Charles Hotel Garage

One Bennett Street, Cambridge, MA 02138

If you are planning to arrive early, this might be the perfect option for you! The early bird special costs $19 to enter before 9:30 and stay until 6:00pm latest. If you stay for under 3 hours and have your ticket validated by a local business listed on their website, you can have your parking validated and pay a flat rate of $14. Otherwise, the rate will likely be between $22-36 depending on your car and length of stay. Check their website for more information or to even make a parking reservation ahead of time.

Holyoke Center Garage

1350 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02138

This garage is only a 5 minute walk from the church. It costs $21 to park for 2 hours or $25 for up to 12 hours.

Harvard Square Parking Garage

20 Eliot Street, Cambridge, MA 02138

This parking garage is less than a 10 minute walk from St. Paul's Church. The rates range from $16 for an hour and a half if you arrive just before the mass and leave right afterward, to $32 if you stay parked there for more than 3 hours.

Kimpton Marlowe Hotel

25 Edwin H Land Boulevard, Cambridge, MA 02141

Park right where you'll be for the reception, and take a Lyft or Uber ride to and from the wedding Mass. The hotel will provide complimentary all-day valet parking for our wedding guests with a voucher that you can pick up from the bar inside the hotel. You can stay parked overnight and pay our wedding guest rate of $45. If you go this route, we strongly suggest carpooling with others as rideshares can be pricey and traffic can be heavy in the area. Budget at least 45 minutes between requesting a ride and getting dropped off, just in case.
