Just a scenic half-mile stroll from the center of town, Billings Farm is a fully operational dairy farm that feels like a living history book. Even in November, the farm is a delight; guests can tour the 1890 Farm House to see how Vermonters prepped for winter a century ago, visit the famous Jersey cows in the cozy barns, and explore the indoor museum exhibits.

You can head downstairs to the workshop to watch master glassblowers hand-craft stunning crystal pieces over roaring furnaces—the heat from the kilns makes it the warmest spot in the state! Afterward, you can browse the retail gallery or enjoy a drink at the bar overlooking Quechee Falls.
