We first met at Camp Lurecrest, where a simple friendship began—built on shared purpose, summer sun, and plenty of laughter. For two years, we were just friends… until we both realized there was something deeper growing between us. What followed was a season of long-distance—late-night FaceTime calls bridging the miles between Orlando and Columbia, SC. Through it all, our relationship grew stronger. We stood by each other through graduations, weddings, birthdays, and even funerals—milestones that shaped our story and deepened our love. Eventually, Emily moved to Gainesville, bringing us closer than ever. In between our cities, we’d often meet at a quiet park in Ocala—a little halfway point that became our special spot. It was there, surrounded by memories and meaning, that Reyce got down on one knee and asked Emily to marry him. And now, we can’t wait to start this next chapter—together.
