We are being married at "Where the Creeks Meet" in Montreal, Missouri - which is located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. Our reception will be at the same location. The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be inside. The inside location is a custom-built barn specifically constructed for weddings and other events. However, air conditioning is not provided. There are industrial size fans located throughout the event space which will provide nice air flow, but please dress according to the forecast for the day. The wedding will begin at approximately 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 20 minutes beforehand so you can be seated. If you arrive earlier than 3:30pm, feel free to roam the grounds as it is quite beautiful.
Our wedding and reception is being held in the country in a barn built specifically for hosting weddings. However, air conditioning is not provided so please dress according to the weather forecast that day. While we encourage semi-formal dress, please do not wear shorts, jeans, flip flops or t-shirts.

Yes! One of our favorite places to eat at the Lake of the Ozarks is Shell’s Pasta Emporium in Osage Beach. They will be catering our reception and providing several pasta bakes, salads and rolls. Please come hungry :)
We are excited to share our wedding day with you, but kindly request that you do not take photos or videos of the ceremony in an effort to prevent our photographer from having pictures of guests showing their phones. We have some amazing photographers and videographers and will be sharing their results with you as they become available. We therefore ask that you be in the moment with us and leave the capturing of memories to the staff we have hired.
Our wedding and reception will run from 4:00pm until midnight and alcohol is provided free of charge. We therefore request that children 13 years and younger stay home.
Yes! And we encourage you to do that, if possible, as there’s so much to do at the Lake of the Ozarks in September! In addition to water activities, September 11 is the finale of Hot Summer Nights and BikeFest Week starts on Tuesday, September 15. The Lake of the Ozarks has a wide variety of hotels, B&Bs as well as homes and condos available for rent. When looking for the perfect place, keep in mind that our wedding location is in Montreal, just 25 minutes from Osage Beach.
