How do I RSVP?

You can do so on our wedding website under the RSVP tab, or you can text Emily at 318-828-0580.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please give us your answer by April 25, 2026. (The date we got engaged btw!) This gives us plenty of time to turn in final numbers and names to all of our vendors. Our venue is strict about only allowing named guests to attend the wedding. Anyone who does not RSVP by this date will be marked as 'not attending' and will not be able to attend the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests must arrive to the ceremony and reception area by boat - provided by the venue. Please arrive at 4:00pm to allow the venue ample time to transport all guests in time to see our ceremony. If late, the venue will wait until after the ceremony to transport any remaining guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free on-site parking at the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like all guests to arrive in semi-formal attire. For women, a dress or jumpsuit fit for a garden party would be appropriate. For men, a suit, or a jacket with dress pants. No jeans please. We do understand the weather may be warm, so dress comfortable and classy.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to your invitation. If you are allowed a plus-one, a "guest" will be listed on your invitation. We must know the name of any plus-ones. Any guest whose name is not given to the venue will not be allowed entry. If your guest changes after you have turned in your RSVP, please let Emily know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. We are limiting children to close-family only. Be aware that the venue is an island and there is water access. Children will need to be supervised for the duration of the celebration.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

There will be a cash-only bar available. Please bring cash. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
