Jordyn and Emily have been best friends since we were little, from growing up in church, going on Spring Break, and being out on the mission field together. She is full of life and love for the Lord, and that joy exuberates. Jordyn is one of those people where no matter how long or how far, when they see each other, it does not feel like we have skipped a beat. Emily is so thankful to have this forever friend stand by her.
Mady Dalton

Mady and Emily met during their freshman year at Indiana Wesleyan University and have built a solid relationship since. She is a blessing to have as a friend, as she has taught me so much about myself, how to love others well, and developing confidence. Mady is also married to Clay Dalton and has been a tremendous help through the wedding planning process. She is kind, honest, loyal, and someone Emily hopes to always have in her corner.
Olivia Browning
Bridesmaid
Olivia and Emily have also been friends since they were young and grew up in church together. Liv and Em, more than anything, love to have fun together, from jamming to music in the car, trips to Tennessee, or country concerts; she is always the life of the party. She is also a sweet soul who cares deeply for the ones she loves. Liv is a rock, someone who always has and always will have Emily's back.
Lindsey Cox

Lindsey and Emily met in college at Indiana Wesleyan University, became roommates their Junior year, and have loved spending time together ever since. She is an avid country music lover, prayer warrior and loves to have fun. She has supported Emily in her relationship with Payton from the beginning and prayed for us continuously. Emily is so blessed to have her by her side on this special day.
Ryann Anderson
Bridesmaid
Ryann and Emily met in the University Chorale at Indiana Wesleyan and spontaneously decided to work together for the summer and be roommates their senior year. Since then, she has quickly become one of Emily's best friends, from watching endless TV shows and movies, deep conversations, and love for Jesus and music. Ryann is full of life, fun, joy, and kindness; Emily loves being around her. We appreciate her love, support, and encouragement and am so thrilled that she is by Emily's side.
Taylor Shippy
Best Man
Taylor is Payton's older (and only) brother. They have always seemed to get along and have gotten to share some incredible memories together from theatre in high school to choir in college. Taylor has always been wise beyond his years, and he has never failed to be there for his little brother. Payton feels very blessed to have such a godly brother supporting him in everything he does.
Ben Bush

Ben and Payton met in youth group, bonded on a week-long missions trip, and have been close friends ever since. Ben is always down for a fun, new adventure or a deep, spiritual conversation, and over the years, Payton and Ben have shared plenty of each. Payton is forever grateful that their paths crossed and knows they will always be there for each other.
Zach McEwen

Zach and Payton met in elementary school, became good friends in high school, and then became lifelong friends as roommates for four years of college. Zach is one of the most consistent and kind people you will ever meet and one of the best friends anyone could have. He also happens to be good at everything he does, and Payton is grateful to have him as a partner in any sport they play together. Payton is so thankful to have had such a godly friend to spend so much time with in high school and college.
Luke Hoffman

Luke and Payton also met in elementary school but didn't become close friends until high school. While Luke and Payton did not attend the same college, the two were able to keep their friendship flame alive through texts, phone calls, and lots and lots of Discord conversations. Luke is someone who is constantly seeking the Lord first in his life, and Payton is blessed to have such a fun, caring, and good-looking friend like him.
Chandler Vanosdol

Chandler is sort of playing for both teams here. While he hasn't spent a day of his life without Emily, Payton has been slowly winning his affections through humor, listening to him talk about cars, and finally asking him to stand on his side at the wedding. In all seriousness, Payton is honored to have someone as thoughtful, caring, and Christ-centered as Chandler as a friend and soon to be brother.
Addison Vanosdol
Flower Girl
Addison is one of Emily's sisters, her mini-me, and her best friend. Some of Emily's favorite memories with her are their countless sleepovers in each other's beds, watching friends, or going to Starbucks; she is such a blessing. Addison is so funny, independent, and caring, and Emily could not do this day without her.
Ashton Vanosdol
Flower Girl
Ashton is Emily’s other little sister and flower girl; she is so full of love, life, and care for others. She loves having fun, playing games, giving hugs, and serving others. Ashton is one of the sweetest little people that you will ever meet. When Payton and I asked her to be our flower girl, she burst into happy tears. She loves Payton too, and we are so happy to have her by us on our wedding day.

Max is Emily's younger brother, who is funny, smart and an avid lover of cars and legos. He will talk your socks off with stories, information, and animals. He loves talking to Payton as he is so patient to listen and look at all of his legos and cars.
Matthew Seibel

Payton and Emily met Matthew, his wife Brandi, and their four kids at the beginning of 2022. They quickly began spending time with them as their family did praise and worship, prayer, and game nights. They are full of love, life, and the Lord and freely share His heart. Matthew and Brandi have a heart for the Lord, to serve Him and His people, and bring Him to everyone. Payton and Emily love Matthew and Brandi deeply and felt that there was no one better to marry them.
