Where is the wedding?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, CT. We will be hosting you at the Pavillion, which is on the same property as the golf pro shop as a separate, outdoor structure. Check out Tunxis Country Club website here: https://www.tunxisgolf.com/

What time is the event?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5PM. The reception starts at 5:30PM/6:00PM (depending on run over time for the ceremony), and will end at 11:00PM.

Please RSVP by August 31, 2025. To RSVP, please visit our RSVP page on our website.

What is the dress code?

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will also be outdoors, under a pavilion. The pavilion has overhead cover, heaters, and a curtain to enclose the space in case of extreme rain.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the pavilion, where guests will be fully covered from the elements. The reception will remain in the pavilion, which can be enclosed in case of extreme rain for additional cover.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available at Tunxis Country Club.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the hotel by means of a shuttle. The shuttles will be departing the hotel at 3:30PM, 4:00PM, and 4:30PM. The shuttles will be departing the wedding at 10:00PM, 10:30PM, and 11:00PM.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at Home2 Suites by Hilton Bristol. See our "Travel" page on this website for more details.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests have dietary restrictions. Please list all dietary restrictions with your online RSVP and the venue's culinary team will ensure that your dinner will be safe for you to eat!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Any plus ones will be shown on your online RSVP. If you are given a plus one and decide to bring another person, kindly type in their full name when RSVPing so we can include them in our seating plans.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The after party will be held directly after the reception, at TimeOut Sports & Pizza Bar, which is next door to our hotel block, inside of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
