Where/ How can I book to stay at the Resort of the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Kindly book your stay at the Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa using the link provided in the Travel tab. Booking through this link ensures you’ll be included in the wedding group. We ask that you avoid booking independently to prevent being registered separately from our wedding block.

How many days should I book my stay at the Resort for?

Answer

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. and the recommended timeframe is from October 23rd to October 26th. We have reserved a block of rooms available from October 21st to October 31st and guests are welcome to stay for as many days as they desire within this timeframe. As a note, the wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place on October 25th.

What is the process for transportation after arriving at the airport?

Answer

Round-trip transportation between Cancun Airport (CUN) and the resort is included when you book your stay through the link in the Travel tab. The Travel Agency will contact you before your trip with details about your airport transportation arrangements.

Do I need to book my own plane tickets and which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Yes, you are responsible for booking your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Would it be possible for me to stay at other resorts and just attend the wedding?

Answer

We would greatly appreciate your staying at the resort, as it can help prevent any extra costs. However, if you find yourself in a situation that necessitates alternative accommodations, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I wear to each of the events?

Answer

Our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be Cocktail Attire. We encourage you to have fun with your outfit and wear lots of pastel colors to help make the celebration even more lively and joyful! However, we kindly ask that you avoid Sage Green and Beige to keep the spotlight on our Wedding Party’s coordinated look.

Why are there cheaper prices on third party websites when booking for the same days?

Answer

We’ve secured a room rate directly with the resort for our wedding guests. While third-party websites may offer lower rates due to bulk bookings on their end, our contract with the resort ensures that our guests receive competitive rates and are part of our official wedding group. This arrangement provides additional benefits, such as guaranteed availability and potential perks for our group. Please note that rates on the resort’s official website are comparable to or better than those found elsewhere.
