Where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception are both at the New Vida Preserve, 6394 NYS Route 86 Jay, NY 12997 United States Immediate family are invited to stay at the Mountaintop Mansion with the bride and groom whereas friends and other family members are invited to book a suite at the main lodge. Please call the New Vida Preserve one month in advance from the date of the wedding to book a suite in our wedding block.

2:00 P.M. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to find your seats for the ceremony.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking on site.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with only our closest friends and family.

Our requested dress code is casual to semi-formal.

When is the wedding?

The small, intimate ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025. We have booked the New Vida Reserve Mountaintop Mansion for our immediate family to stay and celebrate with us before the wedding and as newlyweds. We reserved the Mountaintop Mansion from August 1st, 2025-August 3rd, 2025. For those staying in a suite/room, please feel free to stay longer but you must book yourself.

Where do we stay?
Answer
Immediate family will be asked to stay in the Mountaintop Mansion on the New Vida Preserve while friends and other family are encouraged to get a suite at the New Vida Preserve main lodge, which we have blocked off. There is also a discount for the suites which we are still working on for when you call and book. There are also a multitude of motels and Air BnBs available off the location site if that is something you would rather do.
