Información de Transporte Para los invitados que vuelen a Guadalajara, ¡el transporte hacia Quinta San Carlos puede organizarse de diferentes maneras! Transporte Privado a través de Quinta San Carlos +1 (228) 623-9998 (mandar mensaje por WhatsApp; la coordinadora se llama Michelle y habla inglés y español) El hotel puede ayudar a organizar transporte privado desde el aeropuerto directamente al hotel/venue. * El transporte debe reservarse con anticipación por WhatsApp * Los vehículos tienen capacidad para hasta 4 pasajeros * El costo estimado es de aproximadamente 1200–1500 MXN por vehículo por trayecto (los precios pueden variar durante la temporada alta de fiestas) * Recomendamos ampliamente que los invitados que lleguen en horarios similares se coordinen y compartan transporte para reducir costos Para organizar el transporte, los invitados deberán enviar por WhatsApp: * Información del vuelo * Hora de llegada * Nombre de la reservación al contacto de transporte del hotel. Servicios de Uber y Taxi Uber está disponible en Guadalajara y también puede utilizarse para transporte desde el aeropuerto. Los precios pueden variar dependiendo de la demanda, tráfico y tarifas dinámicas por temporada alta. Consejo de Viaje Debido a que nuestra boda será durante la semana de Año Nuevo, la demanda de transporte puede ser más alta de lo normal. Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! we believe that children are a special part of our celebration and are welcome to join us. We kindly ask parents to ensure their little ones are supervised throughout the evening so everyone can enjoy the festivities safely and comfortably. If you wish to have a babysitter, we will have a trusted female family friend who will be taking care of a couple of children. Just message 336-935-4331 for more info; slots are limited.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Yes! both will take place at quinta san carlos, so you can simply relax and enjoy the evening without needing to travel between locations.

The bride will be getting her makeup and hair done by Janet Castillo Makeup team Her contact information is only through WhatsApp phone number is +52 33 1701 9320 if you wish to have your makeup and hair done by her team as well. PLEASE message her your name/date of event/inform her you're part of Emily's bridal party at Quinta San Carlos/if you want just makeup and/or hair, and she will ask for a $14 USD deposit.
