We're getting married!

We tell different versions of the same story, often incredulous that had it not been for a small change in Hinge's dating filters, we wouldn't have met. In mid January, 2022, we matched on Hinge, mutually unsure of what to expect after some exhausting encounters with past dates. After video calling and bonding over Funkadelic's "Maggot Brain", we decided to meet for a lockdown date. Though many might say dating apps don't lend themselves to the same authenticity as meeting people in person, we're sure that there are no coincidences (even though Oleg almost drove me away after offering to rub my feet on the first date).
