We met in high school—Emily was a sophomore, and Noah was a junior—when we both played in the school band. We started out as friends, until Noah realized he had feelings for Emily. He waited five months for her to realize she felt the same way. We bonded over our shared love of dogs, horror movies, and coffee. Some of our favorite memories are simple—like wandering around Nebraska Furniture Mart, imagining what our future home might look like. College brought long distance, but we made it work through weekend visits, phone calls, and lots of FaceTime. Now, we live together in Plano—no more long distance, and no more just imagining a home. We’re building it together, one cozy coffee-filled morning at a time. Last December, Noah got down on one knee—and Emily said yes. Now, we’re so excited to start this next chapter and celebrate with all of you!
