Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at The Carriage House! Feel free to use it if you are not taking the shuttle from the hotels in Oconomowoc. If you have to leave your car overnight please pick it up first thing in the morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have two shuttles running from The Hilton Garden Inn and The Staybridge Suites in Oconomowoc. Both shuttles will depart from the hotels main lobbies and each ride takes about 15 minutes, 30 minutes round trip. The shuttles will be running from 2:30-4:00 pm from the hotels to the venue and then again from 9:30-midnight from the venue to the hotels. Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal, please wear what you feel most comfortable in!

Are there any parts of the day that will take place outside?

Answer

Our ceremony is schedule to take place outside, unless there is inclement weather. After the ceremony, cocktail hour can be enjoyed inside the venue or outside on the patio. The patio has shade and there is air conditioning inside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No earlier than 2:45 pm and no later than 4:00 pm. If you get there early and want to get a quick drink there is a pub/bar on the property in the golf club house. It is called the Rivalry Pub! You can also gather inside The Carriage House and outside on the patio.
