Welcome to wedding HQ! This is where we’ll be saying “I do,” dancing the night away, and where the wedding party and family will be staying. Want to join the fun onsite? Book directly through Black Butte Ranch’s website for a 10% discount—because saving money means more to spend at the bar. (No discount if you book through third parties like Airbnb. We asked. They said no.) To receive the 10% discount, you can either book through the website and enter "Brent & Guyer Wedding" in the comments section and a team member will contact you regarding your online booking or you can call the reservations team at 800-452-7455 and mention the "Brent & Guyer Wedding". For maximum convenience, aim for the Lodge Condos, Lodge Rooms, Country House Condos, or Golf Homes—these are closest to The Lodge, where all the action happens. Golf Homes can be a 15–25 minute walk or a quick drive depending on their spot in the Ranch, so plan accordingly if your dancing shoes aren’t great for distance. Best Western Ponderosa Lodge

A short drive away from Black Butte Ranch, this hotel boasts views of farm animals, a rustic feel, and a wee discount (using the provided link). A mandatory visit to Sno Cap ice cream in Sisters would round out a good visit. If we get enough interest, we might also be offering a luxurious school bus shuttle from this hotel to the wedding venue. Vote early in the RSVP section! Note: Ubers/Lyfts might be sparse to and from the venue, so plan accordingly. We don't mean don't drink, we just mean have a ride, or hopefully use our shuttle.

The closest airport. A quick 35 minute drive away from BBR, with maybe a 35 minute stop at the lava caves right after you land?

For those travelling farther on fewer dollars. About a 2.5 hour drive from BBR. Probably should rent a car or allow ample time for hitchhiking uncertainties.
