Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

There will be a shuttle running to and from the hotel from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Yes! Just please let us know in advance so that we can account for them for our dinner order.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Cocktail hour will start at 5:00, and dinner will follow at 6:00.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Please enjoy yourselves, but be responsible! There will be a shuttle for you to travel to and from the hotel safely.
