We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
Summer Garden Party. Please keep the jeans/jorts at home. Keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding on grass/gravel areas, the backyard is uneven in areas, if wearing heels I suggest wedges or chunky heels.
There will be parking available at Dr. F.W.L. Hamilton School (3225 Henderson Highway) located on the other side of Hoddinot Road which is a short 2 minute walk from venue. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service! Carpool/ridesharing service can drop off guests at the venue 3161 Henderson Highway, no parking on the venue property or driveway. Please no drinking and driving
The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
There will be a tent for the reception and if needed the ceremony will be switched to inside the tent if it decides to rain
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Please no drinking and driving.
