What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Think little black dress, cocktail dress, jacket/tie, slacks, etc. Deep hues such as green, navy blue, gray, and black will all balance nicely with our fall theme but please wear what makes you most comfortable. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing jeans or other casual clothing.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place outside, surrounded by the beautiful fall foliage. Following the ceremony, we will host a cocktail hour outside where you can enjoy delicious appetizers and drinks while mingling with the other guests. For the reception, we will be moving inside to continue the celebration.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We request that our guests arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure that everyone is comfortably seated before the bride and groom make their entrance.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP through the mail using the pre-addressed and stamped RSVP card that was included with your invitation. That will allow us to keep track of our guest list and ensure that we have an accurate headcount.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly request that all RSVPs be submitted by September 23, 2023.

What can we expect the day of the event?

Answer

After the 4:30pm ceremony, we will be hosting a cocktail hour for our guests to enjoy while the bride and groom snap a few additional photos. We will move into the reception area for dinner and other festivities immediately after the cocktail hour.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be serving plated meals during the reception with dessert options to follow. We will have complimentary water, tea, soda, wine, and beer available. We will also have a cash bar for those who would like to purchase other alcoholic beverages.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we do have a registry! If you would like to view it, please visit the "Registry" tab on this website. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and are grateful for any gifts that you choose to give. However, please know that your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of all!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home (address available on our registry). A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love kids, we have opted for an adult-only wedding. Thank you for your understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests refrain from bringing a plus one unless it has been indicated on their invitation. This will allow us to accommodate all of our guests in a fair and comfortable manner.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Please note that transportation will not be provided for our wedding. We kindly ask that guests make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the wedding venue.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We understand that some of our guests may have dietary restrictions or preferences. If you have concerns regarding the food, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
