What is the Dress Code?

What time should we arrive by?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to ensure a seamless transition into the ceremony. In order to create the entrance that we are hoping for, late arrivals may be asked to refrain from entering the ceremony area after 4:15pm.

Answer
We will have a covered area option for the ceremony if April decides to bring it's showers. A light rain jacket would be a good option to have on hand just in case! In mid-April, it could be both a sunny and warm spring day and an overcast and breezy evening. Please bring a light outer layer for your comfort.

Arrival and Parking
Answer
Apple Maps will bring you right to our venue! Once you turn on Fredericksburg Road (rt 609) the sign for Blossom Ridge Farm will be about one mile on the left. Please follow the long gravel drive toward the white barn (do not stop or pull in to the red building). There is a large parking area to the left once you arrive to the venue at the top of the hill. While no parking is permitted directly in front of the barn, there is a drop off loop at the entrance.

Timeline

Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony and continue until dinner. We will be taking pictures with family and will join everyone as soon as possible! Please enjoy the open bar and charcuterie during this time!

Am I invited to the Rehearsal Dinner?
Answer
Due to the space limitations, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those explicitly asked to be there. We apologize in advance to those who are not included and can't wait to celebrate with you on Saturday!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. There will be a few children present during the ceremony and cocktail hour who are part of the wedding party and pictures and will be leaving before the reception. If your children are traveling with you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange the proper amount of babysitters ahead of time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to venue space and occupancy. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When is the RSVP Deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than March 1st. This allows us to plan our seating charts and catering. We appreciate everyone letting us know as soon as possible!

We are having our wedding catered by Burton's Grill & Bar and will have a buffet-style dinner. Our open bar will be stocked with Beer, Wine, and Cider. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available as well.
