What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us. We are requesting cocktail attire for the evening. This includes dresses and suits.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be outside in front of the mountains. Afterwards we will move indoors for dancing.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperature for the month of October is 74.5. Nighttime low temperatures drop from 67 to 54, so bring a light jacket.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot for guests. If you plan on drinking, please utilize ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft which are easily available in the area.

What is the bus schedule?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the Phoenician to events Friday and Saturday. Friday: Buses will depart the Phoenician for Old Town Tortilla at 6pm. Buses will return from Old Town Tortilla to the Phoenician following the event. Saturday: Buses will depart the Phoenician for El Chorro at 3:30pm. Buses will be available to return to the Phoenician beginning at 9pm.

Where is the bus picking up?

Answer

There will be buses departing the Phoenician for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding Ceremony. These will leave from the lower level of the Phoenician. Follow signs to the Ballroom Entrance. Buses will return to the Phoenician at the end of each event.
