If it's easier to fly into Madrid, no worries! Spain's train service, Renfe, offers various departures from Madrid's Atocha station to Malaga's María Zambrano station. The Malaga María Zambrano train station is about 45 minutes from Marbella.

Bus to Marbella from Malaga Airport

Tickets cost about 6.15 Euros. The ticket office at Malaga Airport is in front of the exit of T3 Arrivals, and the bus stop is less than 100 yards away from the ticket office. Click on the link above to download a bus schedule.

Bus to Marbella from Malaga Train Station

Malaga Bus Station is right next door to the Malaga Train Station. Follow signs as you exit the train terminal towards the bus station. Tickets to Marbella cost about 6.55 Euros. Make sure to get a direct bus to Marbella. The term in Spanish is "directo." For more information, click the link above.

Cabs and Uber are both available in the Marbella area. A cab from the airport or train station in Malaga to Marbella will run at least 75-100 Euros.
