For those who are attending from out of town, we recommend flying into Pittsburgh International Airport and renting a car. This is the closest airport to our hotel which is ~2 hours away by car.

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for those who do not wish to drive themselves. If you are interested in taking the shuttle, please be aware that it will leave the hotel promptly at 3:30pm to ensure an on time arrival for our 4:30pm ceremony.

Shuttle From Reception to Hotel

December 13, 2025 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will do two loops from the reception venue back to the hotel starting at 8:30pm. The final trip back to the hotel will be at 10:00pm once the reception has ended.
