What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle from Hilton Bayfront, we recommend arriving at 4:30 so you have plenty of time to grab some champagne & take your seat! The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or formal attire, colors encouraged. Please no jeans or denim and we ask that you kindly avoid any shades or variations of white. The ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will all be held outside.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the individuals who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! The room block is at Hilton St Petersburg Bayfront - The link to book can be found above under the travel section. However, there are a ton of Air BNB and other hotel options in the area.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! RSVP to our welcome party under the RSVP section. The welcome party will be held at Webb's City Cellar's at 7 pm on November 14th, 2025.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the wedding picking up and dropping off at Hilton St Pete Bayfront only. Pick up times TBD.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Meet us at Good Night John Boy in Downtown St Pete after the reception to keep the party going.
