FAQs

Question

What should we expect at the ceremony?

Answer

We are getting married in a Catholic wedding mass! The Sacrament of Marriage will be officiated by the father of the bride Deacon Ted Rotunda within the mass culminating in the celebration of the Eucharist!

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We love that you would like to preserve the memory of our wedding mass! However, because we want to maintain the sanctity of the mass we ask that you do not take pictures during mass. We have a professional photographer who will be discretely taking photos during the mass and we will share those with you as soon as we have them if you would like those photos for yourself!

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Unfortunately, because we are getting married within the holiday season, local hotels are not allowing hotel blocks, but we do have some hotels listed that we highly recommend! Booking an Airbnb in Fallbrook (close to the ceremony) or Escondido (close to the reception) would also be a good option!

Question

Will the bartender card us at the reception?

Answer

Ethereal Gardens is very careful not to serve underage guests, so make sure you bring your ID. The bartender is likely to card indiscriminately so even if you are well over 21, please be sure to bring your IDs if you would like to be served.

Question

A note on safety…

Answer

If for any reason you need to leave your car at the reception venue, you may do so. The car will just need to be picked up by 11:30am the following morning!
