When should we arrive to the ceremony location on the day of the elopement?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time, dressed and ready for the event. This time allows for any traffic delays, last-minute preparations, and to review the ceremony proceedings.

Parking is limited to a max of 6 cars but is available. It is recommended to carpool to ensure everyone fits comfortably.

The event will continue as scheduled with the use of umbrellas. If the rain is too heavy, the ceremony will be moved to a covered bridge or cabin. Please bring your own umbrellas.

Opened alcoholic beverages are not permitted except in designated picnic areas and campgrounds.

You are welcome to bring decorations and speakers to enhance our elopement experience. However, please be aware that while personalizing our event, smoke bombs, fireworks, confetti, balloons, birdseed, rice, and sparklers are not permitted on the premises. These restrictions are in place to protect the natural environment and ensure the safety of all guests and wildlife in the area.
