We're getting married!

It was 70 degrees outside on February 24, 2017. Due to the unusual warmth in the winter, and being juniors in college, Emily and Mattheus both ventured to a party outside. When Mattheus arrived, Emily was talking with her friends. One of her friends was close with Mattheus and introduced everyone to each other. The next morning, Mattheus went on Instagram and followed Emily. At the time, Emily's Instagram bio was "Name a song you cannot Macarena to and I'll prove you wrong" (it was 2017, okay?). Mattheus DM'd Emily a song and the rest is history.
